Omnia is a powerful BackOffice built for White Hat Gaming to be sold to B2B as a SaaS.

Omnia project was born in 2021 in response to White Hat Gaming's need for an innovative internal tool to optimize the management of our entire user base.

The project presented several significant challenges: the tool needed to be customizable by users, and to provide tailored solutions for various operators.

It had to be utilized by a wide range of teams, including Customer Service, CRM managers, RG operators, and Marketing. Essentially, everyone in the organization.

Additionally, Omnia required seamless integration with external applications like Zendesk and Edgetier, along with support for a comprehensive knowledge base. Most importantly, it needed to enable multitasking and support multiple sessions within a single browser tab.

As the only Product Designer responsible for bringing this vision to life, starting with the logo, I worked closely with my UX Manager throughout the process. I focused on creating a powerful, yet user-friendly interface that would effectively address the diverse needs of our teams.
